About Me
I’m a proven Lead/Staff level Product Design Leader with a strong focus on B2B platform products, backed by over 8 years of experience in Product Design, including 3 years in UX leadership roles. My core strengths are in Team Leadership, Customer-Centric Product Development, and Hands-On Product Design Vision.
An interesting fact about me is that I transitioned into UX Design after studying Architecture and working as a construction manager in solar installation and high-rise buildings. I felt the construction industry lacked the drive for innovation and change, which led me to transition into the tech industry.
When I’m not working I like to relax by tinkering on my home server or repairing my son’s toys.
I’m now looking for a Lead or Staff Product Designer role at a product-led company where I can combine team leadership with hands-on product design to drive customer impact.

Leadership Experience
Leading and fostering career growth has always been a passion of mine. At Laserhub, I led a high-performing team of 3 Product Designers, focusing on skill development and career advancement.
At Thinkproject, I not only hired the first UX team, but established design workflows that scaled across 5 product teams.
As a UX Mentor at CareerFoundry, I guided over 30 junior designers to successfully enter the workforce. Additionally, as a Design Mentor at ADPList, I mentored over 40 UX/UI designers, providing tailored feedback on portfolios, resumes, and interview strategies, earning recognition as a top 10% achiever in Germany for impactful mentorship.
